What do we expect from you?

• You are the key person in building positive interactions with our clients, receiving briefings, analysing them thoroughly and transmitting them to the strategic/creative/media/production teams.

• You understand our client's business objectives.

• When receiving a briefing you connect the dots and create added value.

• We count on you to provide clients with detailed budgets, plannings and estimation updates that you elaborate in close collaboration with the strategic/creative/media/production teams

• You ensure good roll out, implementation and adoption of solutions by the relevant teams

• You create a relationship of trust with clients, and you put client satisfaction above all

• You prepare and maintain clear and accurate communication and project documentation, including client budget, status reports, internal meeting notes, client meeting reports

• Upselling, cross selling and finding new waters, does not scare you.

• You report to the Account Director

Your profile

• You master Dutch, French and English, written as well as spoken

• You have a first experience in account management within the agency world

• You dig advertising

• You love to sell our ideas, people and services

• Attention to details is your strength

• You love structure and organisation

• Problem solver anyone?

• Fast-moving, rapidly growing work environments are your cup of tea

• You have excellent communication skills
